4. Property Access & Customer Obligations
Property owners agree to provide reasonable access to water, power, and the work area during scheduled working hours. While our crews take meticulous precautions to mask and protect floors, landscaping, and furniture, clients agree to remove delicate or irreplaceable personal items prior to the project start date.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and all related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.
